I had the great pleasure of working with Judith Daniels this past year when we sold our house in Short Hills. Jude was our partner from the beginning to the end. From our first meeting, she had a plan to stage our home and get it on for the spring market. Since we no longer lived in the house, she helped oversee the various workers in the house (handymen, painters, window washers, and stagers). Selling any home can be a challenging process, but it's a lot easier when you are working with agents you trust. There was never an issue that was too big to solve immediately and not once did we get the feeling or the response that it was our problem, not hers. And I am happy to report that we had a very good result!
